PaLDIP was developed at the University of Sydney’s Faculty of Engineering. Since 2018, more than 17,000 students have used the platform and close to 400 educators, industry mentors and judges have used the platform to fascilitate leadership development of students. The platform is now being used globally as a tool to support personal and leadership development using evidence-based tools and authentic activities. PaLDIP has also been used to ensure that programs and interventions are measured for their efficacy and effectiveness and individuals can learn more about their own personal and leadership development through engaging in tests, questionnaires and feedback from peers, mentors and managers, in real time and over time.
The University of Sydney has licensed PaLDIP to Inspirational Management Australia to support other educational institutions and organisations to utilise the power of PaLDIP in supporting their employees and student’s personal and leadership development.
