This is the NAPCO C569/MA Lady Head Vase, copyright 1959, manufactured by National Potteries Co., Cleveland, Ohio, Made in Japan. The C569 is one of NAPCO’s most collected silhouettes — her dramatic wide-brimmed hat with pierced polka-dot cutouts, the black gloved hand, the pearl drop earring, and that luminous crème complexion make her instantly recognizable to serious head vase collectors.
